Emergencies during our opening hours
If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead on 01527 67402 to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.
Our opening hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.30pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Sunday: Closed
Emergencies outside of our opening hours
Our out of hours service is supplied by Willows Referral Centre in Shirley.
If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call us on 01527 67402 and follow the instructions on our answering machine message.
Your call will then be transferred to the Willows Referral Centre team, who can advise you on how to proceed.
Please note that you will be responsible for transporting your pet to and from Willows Veterinary Centre.
Their practice has excellent inpatient and hospitalisation facilities, so you can trust that your pet will be in safe hands.
