Personal care for pets in Redditch serving Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
Based in Batchley, our local vet practice has been supporting pets in the West Midlands and South Birmingham since 2000.
While we have steadily grown in popularity over the years, we can still get to know every pet we treat on an individual basis.
In fact, we have made it our mission to deliver a professional, personal service to every pet and pet owner, and to ensure you see the same vet each time, wherever possible.
In 2025, we were proud to join VetPartners, a supportive group of veterinary practices across the UK and Europe who share our commitment to excellent veterinary care.
How we can help
Did you know that we were the first veterinary practice in Redditch to join the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme.
This means that we’re a trusted provider of high quality pet care, and are committed to keeping up-to-date with the latest recommendations in our profession.
We offer a full range of services for pets, including vaccinations, microchipping, neutering, diagnostics and orthopaedic surgeries.
Should your pet require more complex support, we also have excellent relationships with local referral practices.
Our facilities
We’ve invested heavily in our facilities over the years to ensure that you and your pet have access to the best care possible.
Our modern premises hold separate waiting areas and wards for dogs and cats, to help your pet feel as relaxed as possible during their time with us.
We also have a surgical suite, operating theatres, diagnostic and dental facilities, an isolation ward and an in-house laboratory.
